You must be 18 years or older to participate! You must have some indicator of your age in your socials bio to be more quickly accepted.

Absolutely no AI generation will be tolerated or accepted.

Please read through this carrd or the official document (in the footer) and fill out the form to be consider for the collab Characters are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The collab is on a rolling basis and won’t close unless all characters are claimed and finished or until March 13th.

There is no guarantee that you may get your first few picks, so please keep in mind potentially niche characters! In the case none of your picks are available, I will let you know as soon as possible and allow you to pick again, but you must respond within 3 days. You have priority until this time elapses. Keep an eye on the availability list, which will be updated as characters are claimed.

Asking to draw an underaged character, even jokingly, will not have you considered for this project and void your sign-up. All characters on the list are relevant adults.

Artists may draw as many characters as they may choose. Artists who have already completed a piece have priority on remaining characters.

Stands may be added upon artist’s discretion, but are not the main focus of the main collab piece.

Headcanon/different interpretations of the characters are allowed (Furry, trans, genderswap, etc.). I will draw the line against feral/underaged interpretations.

New art is preferred, however old art is allowed as long as it is relatively on theme AND you managed to claim the character before someone else.

You will have 4 weeks* to complete your artwork. This has been reduced for the sake of time. The most of an extension that can be given is 2 weeks. There is no more grace period after 6 total weeks have passed.

The only way this is shortened further is if you join less than six weeks before March 13th (That date is January 29th).

Due to time constraints and dealing with the other aspects of this project, I cannot reliably reach out to late participants for check ins, but I will try when time allows.

However, that also means I won’t remind you on time and you could be kicked from the project after 6 weeks.

Please refrain from posting full pieces until after the projects release (March 20th onward)

Posting previews or works in progress are allowed at any time, and are encouraged to garner more attention to the project.

I am not taking “backup artists” for this project.

If you see a character become available again, feel free to send another form or send an email.

Re-entries and emails will be processed in time with new sign ups.

If you must drop from the project at any point, please let me know as soon as possible.

I cannot guarantee that you can rejoin with current time constraints

I do not aim to make a Discord or other form of group messaging for this project at this moment, but please be respectful to others in the project.

Final piece must be a full body image of the character, head to toe, as a transparent PNG.

Full color with some shading is preferred, but working in limited palettes is ok as long as final pieces are beyond what you consider a sketch.

For file size, make sure the length (long side) is at minimum 1000 pixels tall. DPI doesn’t matter since this project is completely digital.
